Owned and operated by the husband-and-wife team of Chef Robert and Line Barral, Café Provence presents meals accented by seasonal offerings and the Vermont Fresh Network.  The restaurant features cuisine inspired by the South of France and the Mediterranean previous home regions of the owners. With a kitchen staff comprised of graduates or interns from the New England Culinary Institute (NECI), CAFÉ PROVENCE is a teaching school without an educational institution’s agenda, inspiring creativity with excellence in cooking.
